This is the front door and the nice tree that gives us some shade during the afternoons.

Looks pretty nice. Is it isolated enough for Mark to practice without annoying the neighbors?

How's it deal with the heat?
Mark hasn't practiced much yet, so we'll see. I don't think there will be any problem, though, with the marimba. Especially during the day, because it seems like most people work. And, I can always make up some brownies to take next door! Actually, since they are remodeling the complex, the workers and their saws etc. seem to be making much more noise than Mark's practicing would.
About the temperature, it stays very comfortable in the apartment, with the A/C on. The only question now is how much the electric bill will be! (I guess I'll keep you posted...)
