Hot, hot, hot!

Well, the AZ heat has arrived. We had such a lovely, cool spring this year compared to last, but the first major heat wave is upon us. We're looking forward to leaving town again for a bit to escape it! I don't have much exciting news to report, compared to the last two posts. We're mostly working on stuff around the house and relaxing. We did make a trip up to Phoenix last Wednesday afternoon to visit Aunt Linda and Uncle Chuck one last time. We had some yummy burgers and enjoyed spending time together. In terms of packing, we've got a good start on our books, and we've also gotten rid of some more stuff. The move is starting to feel real now! My next project is to replace the belt on our old vacuum to see if that gets it working well again...I probably should get to it!
