One Week

I can't believe that a week from now, I'll be well on my way to Uganda. In many ways, this has snuck up on me, along with the end of the semester. Spring always seems a bit that way...a few weeks after spring break, we start to get restless, and then, before we know it, the semester is over. I've got one more class to teach, then final grades and a few other things to wrap up, then my first year at BGSU will be over. Pretty unbelievable. I've also got to get my mind around the fact that this trip is really here. I feel like there's got to be tons of little details that need to be taken care of over the next few days, but I don't quite have a plan together yet. That's my main agenda for this weekend. I am really looking forward to finally joining the rest of the team in person and meeting all the great people I've been hearing about in Uganda. I can't really imagine what it'll be like, but I know God has big plans. Here we come!
