Thanksgiving Wedding Weekend in Oklahoma

Also this November, we got to take a trip over Thanksgiving weekend to the Oklahoma City area for a wedding: our oldest nephew Zach and his fiancĂ© Kalie!

We flew out on Thanksgiving day, and Katie hosted everyone for a Thanksgiving feast at her house that evening. We got to meet Kalie for the first time, do some crafts with Kaden, and start catching up with everyone.

On Friday, the girls got together for tea at Mom's while Mark went to Damon's to play video games.

Saturday was the big day, with a late afternoon wedding followed by a lovely reception, both at Kalie's family's home.

We spent more time hanging out on Sunday, including a visit to the library with Kaden and a meal out with everyone at Torchie's tacos.

Monday was our travel day home, and I hit the ground running with classes on Tuesday. It's a tough time of year to be gone work-wise, but we were so thankful to be part of Zach and Kalie's big day. And, of course, it was lovely to have the quality time with the rest of the family, too. Here are a few more pics.
