Mom & Dad Cook Visit

Last weekend, Mark's parents came for a visit (the first weekend of Dad's spring break, and just before I left town for TESOL). They stayed at the new(est) hotel in town, so Mark and I finally got to check out the inside, after having watched it being built from start to finish on the outside.

We spent a bit of time hanging out at our place, we went to the Verizon store to pick out new phones for Mom and Mark, we ate at a few local restaurants, and we played some games. Mom and Dad brought us the hand-me-down TV they offered to give us at Christmas, but which we couldn't fit in our car. And Dad managed to unlock the file cabinet we'd bought from BGSU surplus but been unable to open since getting it home! So they also bought Mark some supplies to jump-start his music reorganization process, plus a folding table to replace his old desk in his office.

One highlight for me was Saturday afternoon tea at the Swan House with Mom (meanwhile, the guys went to see Captain America). Delicious food and lovely company.
