Finally--Pictures

As promised, I'm posting some pictures from Mom and Dad's visit. I took more, especially at the gardens, but the format of the blog makes posting pictures really difficult (not sure why). So, these aren't in order, but at least they're here!

Our giant dinner and dessert at Cracker Barrel. You can see my dinner (a half-size portion), and Dad's huge ice cream sundae in the background and the enormous eclair-on-top-of-ice-cream-covered-in-whipped-cream that Mom and I tried to split. too. We had a very good-natured waiter--Dad gave him such a hard time!

Here's me with the elephant we found in front of an antique store we visited.

The rest are from the botanical garden. I took lots of pictures of the various cacti for grandma--I'd never seen so many strange looking little ones (like the first picture here)!

This cactus is really BIG!

Here's Dad discovering a pond (with fish, turtles, and ducks) at the University--Mark and I had never noticed it before!
